Admission Vouchers

Admission voucher
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you order voucher codes at a preferential price and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the e-ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport network VRR.
You as the inviter will only be charged for the ticket actually used at the preferential price of EUR 11.00.

tasc Get Together 2019

Get Together

This year, when the industry meets, be there again and enjoy a relaxing evening with great drinks and hearty snacks.

Friday, 11 October 2019
from 6 p.m.
in the lounge area of the Kaltstahlhalle

You as tasc exhibitor and your booth staff are cordially invited to attend our Get Together free of charge. You are welcome to order further tickets for your customers (at the price of € 30.00 each) from Ms. Marion Rath (RathM@messe-duesseldorf.de) until 30 September 2019.

We will bring your complimentary as well as your chargeable tickets to your stand on 11 October 2019.

Tickets are also available at the box office on the day of the event, subject to availability.

The chargeable tickets will be billed together with the total invoice.

For arriving by car at Areal Böhler you have enough parking space at your disposal. Parking during construction and dismantling is free of charge.

Should there be a shortage of parking spaces on the Böhler site, further parking spaces will be made available at the Lörick lido in conjunction with a shuttle service.

Parking tickets for the duration can only be purchased on site.

Internet & Visitors' Guide

Visitor Guide
Your entry in the Visitors' Guide is free, including your company data and hall/stand number. The editorial deadline is 06.09.2019. You may also add additional information for a modest surcharge. Your trade fair guests will find your entries cross-media in the Visitors' Guide, on the Internet portal and in the visitor information system.

Press Service

Trade press assembles at tasc. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the tasc Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

General Information

Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr linked transport system (VRR), price level D, to and from the Areal Böhler, free of charge.

And since during trade fairs Düsseldorf is always bursting at the seams we encourage you to pay close attention to your accommodations well in advance. A secure reservation at conditions you can count on can be arranged through the online portal of Düsseldorf Marketing & Tourismus. If you would like to get to know the city of Düsseldorf at night, this website will give you a helping hand: Düsseldorf Inside!

The Apollo Varieté shows until October 20, 2019 on the new program, „Hamburg - Auf der Reeperbahn nachts um halb eins!“.

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.com).
